Use STEP POWER in your building automation: this range of power supplies from Phoenix Contact has been developed specifically for this application. The low idling losses and the high degree of efficiency ensure maximum energy efficiency. STEP POWER supplies have been specifically designed for use in installation distributors. On call 24 hours:
Low idling losses are important if the power supply is on call 24 hours a day, but rarely loaded. Examples include motors for blinds or door openers.
UPS and diode:
An uninterruptible power supply (UPS) which corresponds to the power supply units is available. The STEP UPS combines the electronic switchover unit and an LiPo-based battery module in the same housing. Featuring the same design, STEP DIODE decouples redundant solutions.
High degree of efficiency:
The ratio of the output real power to the input real power is anything up to 89% and therefore considerably higher than comparable devices. This means that STEP POWER supplies convert less electrical energy into undesired heat energy.
Long service life:
This not only saves energy, but also extends the service life of components.
Mounting on a level surface:
STEP POWER supplies offer flexible mounting: they can either be snapped onto the DIN rail or screwed onto level surfaces. When mounting on level surfaces, lugs integrated into the housing eliminate the need for additional mounting material.
